By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Project photographs displayed on the Site depict completed work and are intended for promotional and informational purposes. Clients retain the right to privacy regarding their properties; we do not disclose client identities or specific addresses without written permission.

5. Contact Forms and Consultations
5a. Submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise initiating communication through the Site does not create a contractor-client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on our part to provide services. Service relationships are established only through a signed written agreement. Estimates, cost ranges, and timeline information provided through the Site or during consultations are preliminary and are not binding. Final pricing and scope are established only in a signed design agreement or construction contract.
5b. Text Messaging and Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Jantz Group. These messages may include:

By submitting your mobile number with consent, you agree to those practices.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Jantz Group is not responsible for any delays in message delivery caused by the mobile carrier or third-party service providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION

Project images, case studies, and testimonials reflect past experience and are not guarantees of similar results.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jantz Group AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Merced County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
