We are a licensed general contractor in California (CSLB License #1139545).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, contact us through the Site, request a consultation, or otherwise engage with our Services. By using the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

automatically generated when you interact with the Site.
A. Information you provide directly
When you submit a contact form, book a consultation, request information, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

• Project type, scope, budget range, and timeline
• Spouse, partner, or co-decision-maker name (if you provide it)
• Any other information you choose to share in messages, attachments, or conversations with us

5. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we may send you:

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
You opt in to text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our Site and checking the SMS consent box, or by initiating a text conversation with us. A copy of the consent language and a link to this Privacy Policy is presented at the point of opt-in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers that support our operations (such as customer service, scheduling, and message delivery) is permitted. All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this opt-in information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
• Lead and inquiry information: typically retained for 3 years from last contact unless deletion is requested.
• Active client and project records: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years to comply with construction warranty, statute-of-limitations, tax, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Marketing communications consents and opt-outs: retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Site.
